Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days with exception of orders placed during the weekends and holidays. 

Also noted that due to on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing make take longer than normal.  Currently Artisan Level only ships to Canada and United States.  Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  And when your order has been shipped, Artisan Level will send you a tracking information.
